This article stated that avocado is making a comeback. Avocados have monounsaturated fat, which is a good form of fat that lowers cholesterol. Eaten in moderation they are good for your body. Start with 1/6th of a large avocado. Buy organic avocados at your local pr0duce store. Or order them online. They also contain many important nutrients protein, potassium, vitamins E and A, B.

By the end of the three weeks their cholesterol had reduced by 5%. The amazing news is that the group eating the avocados raised their HDL (good cholesterol) by 15%. In only three weeks!!!!!
