Never Go Hungry To Lose Weight.
I have continually battled with my weight. I have been fighting my weight for as long as I can remember. I have tried every diet out there to shed those unwanted pounds. I finally found the the answer without having to drink foul tasting milkshakes!
I have a slow metabolism and it drives me crazy that I eat way less than my friends and still pack on the pounds. I have also considered going to an experts and ask what my options are so that I can lose the fat efficiently. I was worried that they would put me on some ‘rabbit food’ diet or tell me I needed to exercise all the time.
I need to be realistic here. I have a busy life, I don’t want to go to the gym and workout with all the skinny folk. I hate feeling like people are staring at me. I also couldn’t live without my weekly dose of pizza. I decided I would have a healthy breakfast toast or cottage cheese with fruit, and have a light lunch. I would have a sandwich at lunch. For dinner I have whatever I want and take a Hoodia Appetite Suppressant to aid my weight loss. I started my Hooida and weight loss plan and it has worked!
The toughest thing for me is to cut out my snacking habit. I find myself impulse eating throughout the day. Grabbing food on the go. Hoodia helped me end this cycle. I found exercise that I actually like! I get my buddies together and play soccer, baseball and ultimate. I look totally different now!
