Transform Your Fridge To Lose Weight Faster.

Clean all the junk food out of your house.  Then start fresh by getting healthy foods from your grocery store.  Never go to the store hungry this will make you sucumb to all the flashy junk foods.  Always make a list and stick with it. 

Get rid of all the processed snack foods and high calorie frozen foods.  These have no nutritional value.  Replenish your snack supply with dried fruits, yogurt, cereals etc.

The blender can be your best friend.  There are hundreds of healthy low calorie smoothy recipes online.  These make a great breakfast.

Get fruits, vegetables, whole grain breads and cereals, low fat meats and fish.  An easy fast dinner is seared fresh tuna with sesame seeds and soy sauce whip up a quick salad and you have a healthy low fat low calorie meal.

Get yourself a couple of really good cook books.  Go to a book store and sit down with a few books and figure out the one that has healthy recipes that you can see yourself making. 

Don’t starve yourself.  Be creative and find substitutes for fats and sugar.  Find a way to get of your destructive eating habits and into healthy eating habits.  This will give you more energy help you look better and make you feel better about yourself.

You will soon see these changes reflected in the rest of your life.
