Why Weight Loss is Important Your Health.

3. Walk!  Whenver you can walk instead of drive DO IT!  This is a great way of bringing exercise into your routine without having to spare a lot of time.  Walk for 45 minutes everyday it this will burn the extra calories.  

Simple math dictates that to lose weight the calories you eat must be less than the calories you burn.  Nutritious and healthy foods in correct portions is the rule for successful weight loss.
